Anti-Flag - For Blood and Empire (2006)

Image
Anti-Flag is great and should be more appreciated in the punk community as far as I've seen. This album is pretty great so I've decided to share it. I also included a few extra tracks from exclusive versions of the album.  download:  https://www.mediafire.com/file/kj98jph0qfcguyj/anti-flag_for_blood_and_empire.zip/file alt. download/mirror:  https://mega.nz/file/kkUjwTJI#31JIZFposHhTPIs1nb2tUzkp9Ha4UB1Zg-LC_DLrf-o (if you liked this, spread the word!!)

Ted Leo & The Pharmacists - The Tyranny of Distance (2001)

Amazing album, easily one of the best of the 2000s. Quickly posting this one, won't put all the gushy stuff I usually would. Ted Leo & The Pharmacists - tej leo (?), rx / pharmacists (1999)

Image
Ted Leo & The Pharmacists' first album isn't considered part of the discography since it was mostly a collaboration of Ted & Jodi Buonanno in lo-fi, RnB, and dub. It's a very interesting listen and I actually like it a lot. I hope you will too!  download:  https://www.mediafire.com/file/moc70y8rndkr1nq/tej_leo_rx_pharmacists_1999.zip/file mirror/alt download:  https://mega.nz/file/d1sBnSgD#seGHiA_Ki5DvaQyhL8mhCQkJolibG4WLFLg864apfVw (if you liked this, spread the word!)

Chisel - 1991 Stanford Hall Demo (1991)

Image
Chisel was a mod rock revival band from Notre Dame. Ted Leo (of the Pharamcists) was in this band right before he formed the Pharmacists. I found this demo thanks to the South Bend Power 90s blog and am uploading this just in case that link goes down. (I'll upload the Earth Jam performance soon) download:  https://www.mediafire.com/file/wt8u3vtmh87026v/chisel_1991_demo.zip/file mirror/alt. download:  https://mega.nz/file/tllFTQ6J#0rR-BvtBGhdtarzYSBFiNHFjdRJlRJIYgQ_AL6okCWY (if you liked this, spread the word!)

Ted Leo & The Pharmacists - Live July 19, 2003 (Siren Music Festival/Dirty Old Town DVD)

Image
To celebrate it finally being Friday, I'm here to post one of my favorite live performances of all time.  Ted Leo & The Pharmacists' performance at Siren Music Festival 2003 is now known as the show that was recorded and released as the "Dirty Old Town" live DVD. I personally love this DVD to death, so I figured I should post it here so you can all enjoy it, maybe as much as I do. The full DVD can actually be found on Vimeo, so I'll link that if you want to see TL/RX play their hearts (of oak) out with some interviews thrown in-between songs. I also included the opening version of "Dirty Old Town" from a Ted Leo solo show, just for good measure.  (dvd upload)   1. Dirty Old Town (from solo show; intermixed with studio version) 2. 2nd Ave, 11 A.M. 3. Timorous Me  4. Where Have All The Rude Boys Gone? 5. Biomusicology 6. Ballad of the Sin Eater 7. The High Party 8. The Crane Takes Flight 9. Parallel or Together? download:  https://www.mediafire.com/f

I Wrote Haikus About Cannibalism In Your Yearbook - 8 Song Demo (2004)

Image
... we'll start it off this blog with an absolute banger and one of the best demos to ever be released.  "I Wrote Haikus About Cannibalism In Your Yearbook was a  screamo  band from Antioch, California, USA. Members were Freddie, Daniel, Trei and Steve. Their  Discography  LP was released by Discos Huelga in 2010. Freddie and Daniel went on to start  Punch . Freddie was also in  Who Calls So Loud . Trei is now in  Beau Navire . The music is feelings and the words are thinking too much and out loud." This is their 8 song demo. I'll upload the 5 song demo in a bit but for now this is here.
