glass beach is a really cool band that i like a whole lot. enjoy this live performance i got from their YouTube channel and split up into their own tracks with some metadata on it. the version of world on here is great.
Ted Leo & The Pharmacists' first album isn't considered part of the discography since it was mostly a collaboration of Ted & Jodi Buonanno in lo-fi, RnB, and dub. It's a very interesting listen and I actually like it a lot. I hope you will too!
Chisel was a mod rock revival band from Notre Dame. Ted Leo (of the Pharamcists) was in this band right before he formed the Pharmacists. I found this demo thanks to the South Bend Power 90s blog and am uploading this just in case that link goes down. (I'll upload the Earth Jam performance soon.)
And a full switch from everything else on here so far, here's the amazing new Oz Tapes by the legendary Les Rallizes Denudes. I've loved this album to bits since its release and I hope you will too.
To celebrate it finally being Friday, I'm here to post one of my favorite live performances of all time.
Ted Leo & The Pharmacists' performance at Siren Music Festival 2003 is now known as the show that was recorded and released as the "Dirty Old Town" live DVD. I personally love this DVD to death, so I figured I should post it here so you can all enjoy it, maybe as much as I do. The full DVD can actually be found on Vimeo, so I'll link that if you want to see TL/RX play their hearts (of oak) out with some interviews thrown in-between songs. I also included the opening version of "Dirty Old Town" from a Ted Leo solo show, just for good measure.
(2025 update: I'm currently working on remaking this with higher-quality audio sourced from my rip of the DVD rather than a YouTube upload. Be on the lookout.)

... we'll start it off this blog with an absolute banger and one of the best demos to ever be released.
"I Wrote Haikus About Cannibalism In Your Yearbook was a screamo band from Antioch, California, USA. Members were Freddie, Daniel, Trei and Steve. Their Discography LP was released by Discos Huelga in 2010.
